When you submit our contact form or email us, we may receive your name, email address, mobile phone number, property address or location, and the contents of any message or notes you choose to send. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited through standard site operations or analytics.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, research a property you ask us about, evaluate potential real estate transactions, communicate with you about a property or offer, maintain business records, comply with law, and improve our website and services.
How we contact you
When you provide contact information and ask us to respond, we may contact you using the methods you select or that you reasonably use to reach us. You may ask us to stop non-transactional communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing communications is never a condition of selling a property to us or receiving an offer.
Text messaging (SMS)
Our contact form presents two separate, optional consent checkboxes: one for transactional and informational text messages — such as appointment confirmations, offer updates, and customer care — and one for promotional or marketing text messages. Checking a box constitutes your express written consent for Land Home NC to send you the corresponding category of recurring text messages at the mobile number you provide. We send text messages only to the extent you opt in, and we use your name and mobile phone number to do so. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
Both checkboxes are optional and separate from the rest of the form. You can submit the form and receive an offer without checking either one, and consent is not a condition of service or of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use that information for any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
When information may be shared
We may share information with vendors that host our forms, website, and communications; with professionals involved in a potential transaction such as closing attorneys, title companies, and surveyors; with qualified buying partners when relevant to a proposed transaction; and with parties when required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.
